Tip of the Week

TIP #1:
I buy fresh eggs weekly, but I also feel like eggs are one of the most important things to store for an emergency.  We use them a lot in cooking.  You can buy them dehydrated for baking purposes or freeze them.  To freeze them:  Break a dozen eggs into a bowl and whip together with a fork.  Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.  Once frozen, separate and put into a freezer bag.  When ready to use, take out how many you need and thaw.  Another option:  Build a chicken coop!
